SBH-M energy efficiency series amorphous alloy transformer is made of amorphous alloy material instead of silicon steel sheet. Amorphous alloys are formed from molten iron, boron, silicon, nickel, cobalt and carbon by rapid solidification process. Its magnetization power is small, so no-load loss and no-load current can be greatly reduced. Low-voltage coils adopt foil structure to enhance the short-circuit resistance of product, and high voltage coil is cast with epoxy resin insulation material to form a rigid body structure.
The coil heat dissipation of S11 series 35KV oil-immersed three-phase on-load voltage-regulating power transformer uses a new oil channel structure, with reasonable design, and optimization of insulation technology, improving mechanical strength and short-circuit resistance. The core is made of high quality cold rolled silicon steel sheet, staircase three-stage joints, and the surface is coated with curing paint, which reduces the loss and noise, beautiful in appearance and reliable in operation.
